The baroque pearl on mine has this uneven, slightly lumpy surface that catches light way better than a smooth one would. The woven steel band sits flat against my collarbone instead of digging in, which I was worried about at 35cm.
Wore this to a dinner and got three compliments before the appetizers even came out. The stainless steel weave is surprisingly lightweight for how sturdy it feels, and it sits right at the collarbone at 35cm. The pearl has a little irregular ridge on one side that makes it feel like mine.
