The tie at the hips is genius because I could adjust it tighter for dancing and looser for sitting through dinner. Modal blend feels almost like silk against my skin, and the backless cut got compliments all night.
Wore this to a rooftop dinner and the modal fabric felt way softer than I expected for the price. The halter strap stayed put all night and the low back got a few compliments.
