I wear mine daily and the surgical steel hasn't tarnished or irritated my skin at all, even after washing my hands constantly. The weight is substantial enough that it feels well made without being heavy.
The 18k gold screw accents catch the light without looking flashy, and the steel band hasn't scratched once after a month of daily wear. Sizing ran true, which was my main worry ordering online.
The surgical steel has a nice solid weight to it that I wasn't expecting from a ring this slim. Wore it through a full day of typing and dishwashing and there's not a single scratch or green finger. The gold screws catch the light without looking flashy.
