The ruffles on the off-the-shoulder top hit right where I wanted, and the line details keep it from looking busy. Flared pants move nicely without dragging on the ground, which is rare for me at 5'4". Wore it to dinner and got asked where it was from twice.
I wore this set to a music festival and got so many compliments. The off-the-shoulder cut is flattering and the ruffles sway nicely when I walk.
Wore this to a festival last weekend and the flared pants moved really well, no tripping over the hem like I feared. The off-shoulder top stayed put through a lot of dancing, though I did have to tug it up a couple times.
