The 26-panel skirt moves so nicely when I walk, it almost has a swish to it. I wore this to a dinner and the ruched hip panel kept it from feeling too plain. The jersey fabric has just enough stretch that I didn't feel stiff sitting down all night.
The halter neck with the metal clasp actually stays put all night, which I didn't expect from a jersey dress. That wraparound panel on the hip is really flattering too, and the maroon is richer in person than in the photos.
The 26-panel skirt gives this dress such amazing movement—I felt elegant at the wedding. The ruched wraparound panel on the hip is surprisingly flattering, and the halter clasp feels sturdy.
