I'm honestly surprised how well this halter dress fits—the open back hits exactly where I wanted it to. Wore it to a birthday dinner and the 24" length landed right at mid-thigh, not too short at all. The waist sat snug without digging in.
Wore this to a birthday dinner and the halter neck stayed put all night, no adjusting needed. The 24" length hits right at mid-thigh on me at 5'4", so it's flirty without feeling too short. Only thing is the bust runs a little snug, so size up if you're between.
