The distressed calfskin feels broken-in right out of the box, which I wasn't expecting at this price. I loosened the roller buckles on the double belts and it slouched into a completely different shape.

The east-west shape holds way more than it looks like it would, and the double belts with the metal roller buckles actually let me cinch it narrower when I'm carrying less. Heavy leather that's already softening up nicely after a couple weeks.

The distressed calfskin is thick and smells amazing right out of the box. I loosened the double belts a notch and it slouched into this great east-west shape instead of looking stiff. Two weeks in and it's already softening up nicely.
