The harness sits flat against my back instead of digging in like my old crossbody, and the zipper pockets are hidden just right for a phone and cards on a night out. Smooth material too, no snags on my jacket so far.
I was worried the dual zipper pockets would be awkward to reach, but they're actually tucked right where my hand naturally falls. The bag really does hug my body instead of swinging around when I walk.
The harness on this bag actually sits flat against my chest instead of sliding around, which I didn't think would matter until I wore it on a long walk. The hidden zipper pockets are perfect for my phone and keys so nothing bulges.
