The calf skin has this subtle grain that makes it feel way more expensive than it was. I wear it on the middle hole and the strap hasn't stretched out at all after a month of daily wear.
The calf skin has a soft, worn-in feel right out of the box, and the texture is a bit different on each side of the band, which I like. It's unisex so my partner keeps stealing it, but the strap adjusts enough that we both get a good fit.
The adjustable strap means it actually stays put on my wrist instead of sliding around all day. The calf skin has a slightly grainy texture that looks even better in person than in the photos.
